Which data we process

When you request early access: your name, your work email address, your company name, the size of your team and the apps you choose.

When you visit the website: technical data needed to show the page, such as your IP address, in our hosting provider's log files.

What we use it for

• To get in touch with you about early access to Mervyn.
• To run and secure the website.

On what basis

• Your request: you ask to be contacted, as a step towards a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Showing and securing the website: our legitimate interest in a working and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep the data from your request for as long as needed to be in touch about early access. If there is no follow-up within twelve months, we delete it.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data and don't share it for marketing. We only work with parties that help us host the website. They may only process your data on our behalf, under our agreements.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. The fonts are on our own server, so your visit isn't shared with Google or other parties.

Your rights

You may view your data, have it corrected or deleted. You may also object to its use, have its use restricted, or request your data to take with you. Ask through the contact page; we respond within one month.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
